Consultancy

From an initial telephone call, face-to-face meeting or a site survey, we will identify the requirements to get your project started. We can also demonstrate most solutions with a temporary set up or with a client site visit to fully establish your needs.

As specialist integrators of technology solutions, with our own in-house research and development team, we can advise and produce unique designs to creatively bring your ideas to life.

From new-build fit outs to comprehensive refurbishments and phased works, we’ll work to establish your technical design needs and minimise the disruption to your operations. With personalised service and maintenance packages available, your business is always at the heart of what we do.

Project Management

Once we've identified the best solution for you, an Account Manager will be assigned to your project, providing you with a dedicated point of contact along the way.

Our approach includes a continuous review of your budgetary requirements, identification of any pre-enabling works, and working with you to finalise drawings and designs in a timely and professional manner.

Throughout the duration of your project, if we are the principal contractor, your dedicated Project Manager will provide a detailed programme of works; otherwise we will work closely with your principal contractor to ensure the best-in-class products are selected for your project. To ensure that your customers' experience remains at the forefront of your project, we will liaise with architects and interior designers to ensure installations are discreet.

Maintenance

Whether new or legacy equipment, we can also safeguard your customers’ experience with our nationwide support service for audio visual to data & telecoms and access control. We can also provide a repair service for instructor essentials including our own robust head mics and our equipment housing racks.

Our UK and European-wide rapid response network of directly-employed field service engineers have the latest test and diagnostic equipment to support our aim of fixing all issues on the first attendance.

Aftercare

Providing a transparent and responsive aftercare service underpins everything we do - customer retention is the key to our ongoing success.

We pride ourselves on having long-standing relationships with multi-national organisations in the Health & Fitness, Hospitality & Leisure and Retail sectors. Many of our customers have been with us from inception, and we hope to afford you with the same support for your business now and for years to come.

Upon project completion, your PM will provide you with all relevant operation, maintenance and applicable warranty manuals. This includes a comprehensive warranty for all Hutchison Technologies supplied and installed equipment, which are covered by a 12-month on-site warranty. Should your equipment report a fault, we have loan kit immediately available and with our commitment to taking care of the original equipment manufacturers’ warranty, we’ll soon have any downtime quickly addressed so your operations are back up and running.

Support

Your Account Manager will be able to assist with any further requirements once you your project is live, and provide support for everything from enhanced maintenance products and additional product needs including sundries.

Thereafter, our in-house Technical Helpdesk will manage your ongoing support. We aim to resolve most issues through talking you through the problem, and depending on the system, we can also carry out remote diagnostics - so we’ll have you back up and running in the shortest possible time. If we are unable to fix remotely, we will send one of our UK-wide engineers to site.
