The project
Offering timeless design at affordable prices, is this fashion retailers philosophy– first launched in London in 2007. Since then, the fashion brand opened stores across Europe, Asia and the Middle East, each located in a building of interest, with a design approach that showcases the original architectural features as much as it does their latest collection.
For their new Stratford store, they were looking for an aesthetically understated audio solution capable of blending into the building whilst still delivering intelligible and inclusive audio.
As a sub brand of a fast-fashion international chain, the vision of a gallery-like space to house high-end, high-quality clothing, couldn't be further from the high street. Our solution would have to blend in with the store’s clean, uncluttered design, limiting the options available to us.
What we did
Adhering to the brand guidelines, we selected ceiling speakers with wide audio coverage and square grilles to blend in amongst the store’s square light fittings and maintain the clean lines of the store. We then linked these speakers to a multi-channel amplifier and zone mixer, delivering excellent clarity of sound that could be simply controlled.
Teaming our in-depth understanding of all things audio with our client’s flair for high end, affordable design, we delivered an audio solution that was in perfect harmony with the brand’s values.
