Hutchison-t, the UK’s leading supplier to the fitness industry, has delivered a range of Fohhn EasyPort wireless loudspeaker systems to several of the country’s leading health club chains. The recently updated and acoustically re-engineered EasyPort series currently includes the FP-11/FP-22 modular 40W/60W battery-powered self-contained speaker systems, the FP-22 passive slave system and the FP-Media self-powered 100W speaker system. Easy to operate with no previous technical knowledge required, the compact lightweight systems feature high-quality components, a built-in digital controller, mixer and intelligent battery management. The FP-11/FP-22 modular versions can also accommodate integrated radio microphone systems and CD players, providing all-in-one solutions for a range of applications.

In health clubs, EasyPort systems are primarily used at the poolside for aqua aerobics classes and in sports halls as portable “dance“ systems, as well as outdoors for circuit training. In addition, the systems function as vital backups to installed studio systems and as stand-alone systems for functions and events.

In addition to the system, the (optional) tripod stand can be set to the optimum height for delivering good sound. This is also beneficial if an EasyPort system is to be used as backup for a main studio system, as well as being ideal for outdoor use where you would not want the system to be placed on the ground. We also include the Fohhn waterproof cover to protect the speaker from splashes.”
